The client agrees to review deliverables and provide feedback and approvals promptly.
Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreements or invoices provided to the client.
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice or service agreement.
Refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, fees for services rendered are non-refundable.
The client retains ownership of all content and materials provided to Tarasaka for service delivery.
Tarasaka retains ownership of all proprietary methods, strategies, and tools used in delivering the Services.
Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables provided by Tarasaka. Tarasaka reserves the right to use these deliverables for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information marked as confidential or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available or obtained independently.
The client may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice 30 days in advance.
Tarasaka may terminate the service agreement if the client breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of receiving written notice.
Tarasaka reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes through our website or direct communication. Continued use of our Services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
